| Implants are equipment items that drop rarely after defeating [[starbreak:underground_base|Securon]], [[starbreak:strands|Polaris]], [[starbreak:graveyard|Dropship]], [[starbreak:temple_lost|Thornmaster]] or the boss of [[starbreak:star_cathedral|Star Cathedral]].
